Leslie Conerly Loughlin

A native of the “big city” of Wauchula, Leslie graduated Salutatorian from Hardee High School in 1985. After high school she earned a Vocal Music Education Degree from Stetson University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in her class. She spent a dozen or so years working as a singer, voice teacher and musical theater performer at Walt Disney World and in theaters throughout the Southeastern United States. In 2003 she moved “back home” to take part in her family’s title insurance business. She and her husband Terry own C & C Title Services, which Leslie runs as her primary occupation. Her husband Terry is a semi-retired actor/director who has appeared in various film and televisions projects, including Out of Time, A Time to Kill, Matlock, Walker Texas Ranger, to name just a few.
While running their title insurance company and singing for church and community events occupies most of her time, Leslie believes strongly that it is wise to have more than one stream of income to insure financial stability. This became even more apparent over the last few years with the mortgage crisis and real estate market decline. Leslie has found several options for producing additional sources of income on a very part time basis through network marketing. She looks forward to sharing some valuable tips she’s learned when choosing the businesses best suited to your lifestyle.
