From the North OR South, take US 27 to SR 17 North (a.k.a. SE Lakeview Drive... at the Publix shopping center), continue onto South Ridgewood Drive, at the traffic circle, take the 5th exit onto W. Center Avenue, crossing Lakeview Drive just south of the Library.  Civic Center is on the lake, behind the library.
